Not quite right? Exchange within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn, in its original Naqsh packaging with tags intact. Message us on WhatsApp or info@naqshpk.com with your order number to arrange it. Exchange is for another item or store credit — cash refunds are not offered. Return courier cost is borne by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Earrings can only be exchanged if the hygiene seal is intact. Sale items are final.

Plated jewellery: gold/rhodium plated over brass or alloy. Keep dry; apply perfume and lotions before wearing; wipe with a soft dry cloth after use and store in the pouch provided to preserve the plating.
